The Jottacloud Forum is closing the 31st of July 2020

Hi all!

As of July 31, 2020, Sprinklr will no longer be offering or maintaining the Get Satisfaction platform, which we use as a support forum. After this date, the forum will unfortunately not be available anymore.

Sprinklr, Inc. (“Sprinklr”) acquired the assets of GetSatisfaction, Inc. (“Get Satisfaction”) as of March 31, 2015. Since then, Sprinklr has continued to maintain the Get Satisfaction platform as a stand-alone offering.

We will look for other solutions to replace the forum, but in the meantime please follow Jottacloud on Facebook or Twitter for updates. For support please contact support@jottacloud.com or use our in-app messaging system.
