Introducing automatic backup of your phone’s contacts list

If you don’t want to lose your contacts list, it is a good idea to back it up.

That’s why we have added a super simple and useful way to back up and restore your phone’s contacts list.

Automatic backup

In the Jottacloud app for iOS and Android, you can schedule a weekly or monthly backup of your phone’s contacts list. The app will take care of the rest.

Your contacts list is backed up in the vCard format, a standard file format for electronic business cards. They can contain name and address information, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, URLs, logos and photographs.

Restoring your contacts

Once your contacts list is backed up to Jottacloud, it can be restored to a new phone, tablet or a desktop computer.

Contacts backup is available in the latest version of Jottacloud for iOS and Android.
